Gluing classes

Production of OSB require pressing boards under high pressure and high temperature, using a phenol-formaldehyde-urea-melamine resin.

Thickness (mm): 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 22, 25

Sizes – straight edges (mm): 2500x1250

Sizes – tongue and groove edges (mm): 2500x1250; 2500x675

Kind of polywood

Depending on the conditions of use we distinguish:

OSB2 - for indoor applications

OSB3 - for indoor and outdoor use (in an environment with moderate humidity), the most popular material used in construction,

OSB4 - board with higher mechanical resistance and high moisture resistance, dedicated to the most demanding applications

Depending on the edges shape, OSB is available in two varieties: with straight edges and milled for tongue and groove.
